The primary objective of this engagement was to propose innovative alternative educational pathways designed to optimize financial efficiency for MARA’s flagship Young Talent Development Programme (YTP).

Shortening Overseas Sponsorship Durations: Transitioning students through structured split-degree models (such as advanced credit transfer routes), allowing scholars to complete foundation or initial degree stages locally before finishing their final years abroad.
Significant Cost Savings: Reducing total expenditure per sponsored student, thereby enabling MARA to optimize its budget allocation and potentially sponsor a wider cohort of qualified Bumiputera candidates.
